Mitchell Yaden has joined Kidder Mathews as Vice President, specializing in the sale and leasing of office properties in Sacramento and the Northern California region.
Yaden brings a decade of experience in commercial real estate. Prior to Kidder Mathews, he was with Lee & Associates in East Bay, where he developed a niche for tenant representation, completing over 150 lease transactions during his tenure, along with the successful completion of over $70 million in owner user and investment sales. Yaden has joined Kidder Mathews’ beautiful new office in Sacramento, which opened in February at 701 University Avenue in the Campus Commons area. The office is located at the recently renovated University Park Center, a 275,000-square-foot group of buildings owned by Winn Communities.
Kidder Mathews has been growing its presence in Northern California and rapidly expanding in Los Angeles and Greater Southern California. In October 2022, the firm tapped prominent Bay Area leader David Nelson as Regional President of Brokerage for Northern California and Nevada. Prior to joining Kidder Mathews, he was Regional Manager of Marcus & Millichap’s San Francisco, East Bay, and North Bay markets. He now oversees recruiting and strategic client relationships at Kidder Mathews’ five Northern California locations including Sacramento, San Francisco, Redwood City, Pleasanton, and Silicon Valley as well as Reno, Nevada.
