Mitchell Yaden has developed a specialized focus on selling and leasing office buildings and has assisted numerous clients with acquiring and disposing of investment properties.
Mr. Yaden’s commercial real estate career began in 2013 when he joined Lee & Associates, East Bay. He quickly developed a niche for tenant representation, completing over 150 lease transactions during his tenure. In 2016, as a founding member and investor of the Lee & Associates Walnut Creek office, he completed over $50 million in total lease and sale transactions. In addition to his extensive tenant representation experience, Mr. Yaden has been appointed as the landlord’s leasing agent for multiple office projects up to 120,000 square feet, with a proven track record of significantly increasing occupancy and tenant retention, even during the pandemic. Mr. Yaden thinks like an owner and a decision-maker, which his clients always appreciate.
Mr. Yaden joined Kidder Mathews in 2023 and continues to grow his clientele in the Sacramento and Northern California region.

Mitch, his wife, and his growing family live in El Dorado Hills. When Mitch isn’t assisting his clients, he can be found managing his own properties and wrenching on old cars. He also tries to get out on his mountain bike and snowboard as much as possible.
