Mary Blagg, CCIM, CPM®, RPA® has joined Kidder Mathews as Senior Vice President & Market Leader for Asset Services. In this role, Blagg will be responsible for overseeing the firm’s asset services division in Southern California — including business development, client relations, risk management, and directing property teams to provide best-in-class service.
Blagg brings over 25 years of experience and a strong reputation to Kidder Mathews. She joins the firm after a successful over 20-year tenure at CBRE in San Diego, where she served as Associate Director of Asset Services. A high-rise specialist and veteran of institutional ownership, Blagg has provided management services to a diverse range of clients including international businesses, private equity firms, family trusts.
