Mary Blagg leads Kidder Mathews’ Asset Services team in Southern California, overseeing approximately 10 million square feet. As a market leader, Mary is responsible for developing and directing the property teams to provide best-in-class service, partnering with clients to identify and execute value strategies, ensuring financial reporting compliance and risk management, and business development.
Mary has more than 25 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry. Before joining Kidder, she was an associate director with CBRE for 20+ years. A veteran of institutional ownership and high-rise specialist, Mary has provided management services to international clients, private equity firms, and family trusts. Her expertise in financial analysis, strategic planning, creative cost reduction, and revenue creation set her apart from her peers. She has an extensive background in leading client relations, new business development, business plan preparation, capital improvements, lease administration, and financial analysis in the office, retail, industrial, biotech, and life-science industries.
