Kristin Gibbons, CPM® has joined Kidder Mathews as Senior Vice President & Market Leader for Asset Services. In this role, Kristin will be responsible for overseeing the firm’s asset services group in Phoenix — including business development, client relations, risk management, and directing property teams to provide best-in-class service.

Kristin has extensive experience managing all product types for institutional clients and REITs, with a heavy focus on medical office. She has also been deeply involved in capital and tenant improvement project management and leasing. Her most recent roles include four years as Arizona Market Leader for Lillibridge Healthcare Services and 12 years as a senior property manager with Mainstreet Real Estate Advisors, overseeing a robust institutional portfolio.
She earned the Certified Property Manager (CPM®) designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) in 2015 and has been a licensed real estate broker in Arizona since 2006.
