Kristin Gibbons, CPM® is senior vice president and market leader for Kidder Mathews Asset Services in Phoenix, Arizona. As market leader, Kristin is responsible for direct oversight of our asset services group in Phoenix, including client satisfaction, team building, and business development.
Kristin has more than 20 years of industry experience, including extensive experience in managing all product types for institutional clients and REITs, with a heavy focus on medical office for the past four years and significant involvement in capital and tenant improvement project management and leasing.
Before joining Kidder Mathews, Kristin was the Arizona market leader for Lillibridge Healthcare Services, overseeing a high-profile commercial real estate portfolio for Ventas REIT, with an annual operating budget that exceeded $20 million. Prior to Lillibridge, Kristin was a senior property manager with Main Street Real Estate Advisors for 11 years.
Kristin earned the Certified Property Manager (CPM®) designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) in 2015 and has been a licensed real estate agent in Arizona since 2006.
