Max Frame of the Simon and Anderson Team, a multifamily investment team at Kidder Mathews, sold the Pioneer Pathway House Apartments for $1,000,000 today. Kidder Mathews represented the seller and were the only brokers involved.
The Pioneer Pathway House Apartments, located at 224 South Howard Street, were designated as a low-income, affordable housing complex. Built in 1908, the property is comprised of 39 residential and two commercial units. The majority of units are SRO (Single Room Occupancy) dorm-style private living spaces with shared bathrooms. The buyer, a Spokane local, plans to continue to operate the building as an affordable housing apartment building.
Following a record-setting 2022 that consisted of 54 closed transactions, with this sale, Max Frame and the Simon and Anderson team record their 12th sale of 2023.
