Kidder Mathews has opened a beautiful new office in the San Fernando Valley, continuing the firm’s rapid expansion in Greater Los Angeles. The office is located at 15260 Ventura Boulevard, Suite 1440, in the City National Bank building in Sherman Oaks. It is situated in a prime location directly next to I-405, within blocks of popular shopping and dining destinations.
Kidder Mathews has had tremendous growth in Greater LA, led by President of Brokerage Mark Read and Regional President Jim Kruse. In the last year, the firm added nearly 100 new brokers across its 20 West Coast locations, including 43 in Greater LA. The new space in the San Fernando Valley will allow for additional recruiting. Five new hires have joined the office, along with nine brokers who have chosen to relocate from the firm’s surrounding locations.
“While our competitors are cutting back, laying off, and their stock is down, Kidder Mathews is growing and continues to pay 90/10 commissions,” said Read. “Our stock value continues to increase, and we’re paying dividends. Our top brokers and those joining our expansion see the value of our broad-based broker and employee ownership, which creates a different culture than our publicly traded competitors.”
“Kidder Mathews has established itself as a force in the commercial real estate industry on the West Coast. Our strategic growth plan includes continuing the expansion of our SoCal local experts to address the unique needs of our clients,” said Kruse. “The firm has a platform that is incredibly attractive to professionals and successful for hiring both individuals and teams of brokers.”
