As a Los Angeles native, and part of a 50-year McKenzie family tradition of industrial real estate, Ryan is well equipped to understand the infrastructure and location needs of studio/entertainment, manufacturing, and distribution companies. Ryan covers the San Fernando Valley and into Valencia/Santa Clarita with a depth of understanding that few have.
Ryan earned his CCIM designation in 2022, scoring top-of-his-class (97.5%), joining less than 10% of all commercial real estate brokers who hold the Certified Commercial Investment Member pin. Additionally, in January 2023, Ryan was accepted as a member associate into the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors. With 3,700 members in 45 countries and 722 cities, SIOR represents today’s most knowledgeable, experienced, and successful commercial real estate brokerage specialists.
