Gerrit Hillebrand, CCIM has joined Kidder Mathews’ Reno office as Senior Vice President, specializing in multifamily properties.
Hillebrand has been in the industry for over 20 years. Prior to joining Kidder Mathews, he was Vice President at Colliers, where he focused on procuring off-market opportunities for developers and investors.
He has earned the prestigious CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation, showing that he has demonstrated extensive experience in commercial real estate and completed advanced coursework in financial and market analysis.
