Maggie Wolk has joined Kidder Mathews at its downtown Seattle office as Vice President, specializing in the sale of retail investment properties throughout Washington, ranging from single tenant net leased assets to larger multi-tenant shopping centers.
Before joining Kidder Mathews, Wolk was a broker at CPX, a local brokerage firm. Her clients have included Jiffy Lube, Denny’s, O’Reilly Auto Parts Center, and Valvoline.
