Max Frame of the Simon and Anderson team, a multifamily investment team at Kidder Mathews, sold the Astor Terrace Apartments in Spokane, Washington for $2,600,000. Kidder Mathews represented the buyer.
The Astor Terrace Apartments are located in the Logan neighborhood of Spokane at 406 East Montgomery Avenue, just North of Gonzaga University. The property comprises 22 units and was built in 1908, then fully remodeled in 2014.
With this closing, Frame, who heads Kidder Mathews’ Eastern Washington apartment sale efforts, recorded his twelfth sale on the year, including eight in Spokane and other closings in Tri-Cities and Yakima.
“This was a great transaction for both buyer and seller and a smooth deal from start to finish. With rising interest rates and market uncertainty, it is great to see buyers still active and deals getting done,” said Frame.
