Kidder Mathews is pleased to announce that Monica Wallace has been promoted to Executive Vice President of Brokerage for the firm’s six Pacific Northwest offices in Washington and Oregon. She will oversee strategic business pursuits, client relationships, and recruitment.
Wallace is a well-known industry leader with over 20 years of experience specializing in leasing grocery-anchored shopping centers and new construction mixed-use retail. She has been involved as the primary broker of more than 120 projects throughout the Puget Sound region. Wallace will continue to pursue and support her clients while expanding her leadership and recruitment of talent at Kidder Mathews.
