In his three-decade career at Kidder Mathews, Brian has been a pivotal part of the company’s success. Today, it is the largest fully independent commercial real estate firm in the Western U.S., with over 900 professionals and $10 billion in transaction volume, 57 million square feet of managed property, and 2,600 appraisal, consulting, and cost segregation assignments annually.
Brian joined the firm in 1997 and was promoted to regional president of Pacific Northwest brokerage in 2011, where he was responsible for recruitment and the development of all service lines in Washington and Oregon. In 2020, he was appointed president and chief operating officer.
Before moving into executive leadership, Brian was a top-producing broker at Kidder Mathews, specializing in landlord and office tenant representation. He has successfully represented high-profile clients, including Sprint, AT&T, Bunzl Papercraft, HDR Engineers, PACCAR, and Univar.
As a long-standing member of the firm’s board of directors and strategic planning committee, Brian plays a crucial role in shaping the future direction of Kidder Mathews.
Brian is strongly committed to community service as well as the real estate industry. He has served as vice president and president of the Washington State chapter of SIOR and is a past board member of the YMCA of Snohomish County.
Brian attended the University of Washington and Seattle University, earning his Bachelor of Science in finance.
