Kidder Mathews industrial specialist Matt McLennan has been awarded the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) designation. The prestigious SIOR designation recognizes the most knowledgeable, experienced, and successful professionals in today’s commercial real estate industry.
McLennan is an executive vice president in Kidder Mathews’ Tacoma, Washington office. He specializes in industrial leasing and sales in South King and Pierce Counties. Since joining Kidder Mathews in 2017, McLennan has facilitated over 2.5 million square feet of sale and lease transactions, with total consideration exceeding $250 million.
McLennan received Kidder Mathews’ “Big Hitters” award in 2021 and 2022, a coveted recognition given to the company’s top annual producers. He has also been named an Industrial Influencer by GlobeSt.com and received a Top Broker Award and Next Generation Award from Connect CRE.
