Kidder Mathews has recruited Heidi Ray as Senior Vice President and Director of Engineering & Sustainability for Asset Services across the firm’s 21 West Coast locations.
Ray brings 25 years of facilities, construction, and maintenance leadership in commercial building environments. She is directly responsible for Kidder Mathews’ building engineering teams and drives clients’ progressive energy management and sustainability initiative.
Her previous experience includes life science companies Aptevo Therapeutics and Silverback Therapeutics. She served as Head of Facilities and Operations at Aptevo and, most recently, as Senior Director of Facilities and Operations at Silverback.
Last month, Kidder Mathews announced another new leader in Asset Services. Mark Butcher, CPM® joined the firm as Senior Vice President and Market Leader for Asset Services in Greater Los Angeles, Orange County, and San Diego. Butcher and Ray will work closely together, with one of their primary focuses being expanding the company’s life science portfolio.
