Kidder Mathews Taps Mark Butcher, CPM® to Lead Asset Services in SoCal

Kidder Mathews has recruited Mark Butcher, CPM® as Senior Vice President and Market Leader for Asset Services in Greater Los Angeles, Orange County, and San Diego. He will be responsible for developing and directing property teams, client development and support, and overall quality control in service delivery.

Butcher brings over 20 years of experience in commercial real estate management to Kidder Mathews. Before joining the firm, he was the market leader for Alexandria Real Estate Equities’ San Diego Asset Service division, consisting of approximately 10 million square feet of owned life science and tech assets. Before Alexandria, he was a managing director with CBRE in San Diego, overseeing nearly 100 professionals and a broad range of more than 13 million square feet in assets.
