Gary Guenther Promoted to Managing Director of Kidder Mathews Bellevue

Kidder Mathews Executive Vice President Gary Guenther has been promoted to Managing Director of the firm’s Bellevue, Washington office. He specializes in office and healthcare leasing and sales throughout the Puget Sound region.

Guenther is a very active member of the Eastside community, serving on the board of the Bellevue Chamber of Commerce, where he previously served as chair. He is a current member of NAIOP, American College of Healthcare Executives, Urban Land Institute, and has served on the steering committee for Congregations for the Homeless and the board of directors for the Bellevue Downtown Association. He is also a past member of the Washington Technology Industry Association.

He has nearly 25 years of experience in commercial real estate. He has been involved in hundreds of leasing and sales assignments worth billions of dollars, including corporate relocations, sale leasebacks, lease renewals, subleases, acquisitions/dispositions, and build-to-suits.

Prior to joining Kidder Mathews, he worked with the real estate affiliate of the Government of Singapore. He previously served on Kidder Mathews Board of Directors and is regularly asked to present on market real estate trends as a CRE expert.
