Kidder Mathews Grows Valuation Advisory Team in Northern California, Welcoming Appraiser Rob Weck, MAI

Kidder Mathews, the largest independent commercial real estate firm on the West Coast, has welcomed Rob Weck, MAI as Senior Vice President, in Valuation Advisory Services.

Weck has over 35 years of real estate and consulting experience focused namely on the Greater Sacramento Metropolitan area and the San Joaquin Valley. His breadth of experience extends across a variety of property types, including seniors housing, tax credit market studies and appraisals, industrial, office, retail, land, and religious facilities.

He received the MAI designation in 1993, has been licensed by the State of California as a general certified real estate appraiser since 1989. Rob is also a licensed California real estate broker.
