Kidder Mathews, the largest independent commercial real estate firm on the West Coast, has welcomed Tim Dulany to its Phoenix office as a senior vice president, specializing in seniors housing and healthcare real estate.
Dulany has over 28 years of commercial real estate experience, including more than 13 years at Colliers before joining Kidder Mathews. He is an expert in the full range of facilities for seniors housing and healthcare real estate — including independent and assisted living, memory care, hospice, skilled nursing, hospitals, behavioral health and substance abuse, and single- and multi-tenant medical and office buildings. His clients have included American Care Concepts, Amedisys, Cadence Senior Living, Link Senior Living, RJ Development, Healthcare Trust America, and Universal health Services.
“I was drawn to Kidder Mathews by the firm’s reputation for collaboration among specialty types and what I’ve heard from brokers in the industry,” said Dulany. “There are friends I’ve known many years who have told me how happy they were when they made the move to Kidder Mathews and wish they would have joined sooner.”
“We are very excited to have Tim join Kidder Mathews, bringing his significant nationwide senior housing experience to our team. He is going to be a great addition to our Phoenix office,” said Eric Paulsen, Kidder Mathews Regional President of Brokerage for the firm’s Southern California and Arizona offices.
