Tim Dulany is a senior vice president with Kidder Mathews, specializing in seniors housing, healthcare and office services. He represents sellers, landlords, developers, buyers and tenants in sales, acquisitions and leasing. His clients include private equity firms, institutional REITs, developers, individual tenants and landlords.

Tim is an expert in the full spectrum of facilities for seniors housing, healthcare, including independent and assisted living, memory care, hospice, skilled nursing, hospitals, behavioral health and substance abuse, and single- and multi-tenant medical and office buildings. He began his career in 1994 with the Colliers Minnesota office, before moving to Phoenix in 1997. Prior to joining Kidder Mathews, Tim was with Colliers since 2009. Prior to being with Colliers, Tim was the owner and associate broker of Landmark TCN, a commercial real estate brokerage firm in Phoenix. Prior companies include NAI Horizon Tower Realty/GSIC REIT and Grubb & Ellis.
