Kidder Mathews Grows Valuation Advisory Team in Southern California, Welcoming Appraiser Justin Weeks, MAI

Kidder Mathews, the largest independent commercial real estate firm on the West Coast, has welcomed Justin Weeks, MAI, to its West Los Angeles office as a senior vice president.

Weeks has been a practicing appraiser since 2013, valuing a wide range of property types, including multifamily, retail, office, industrial, life science, and vacant land. His focus is Central California, specializing in leasehold/leased fee analyses, discounted cash flow analysis, and portfolio valuation. His clients have included financial institutions, insurance funds, REITs, developers, investors, and private property owners.

Weeks holds the Appraisal Institute’s prestigious MAI designation. Before joining Kidder Mathews, he was a senior valuation specialist with Colliers International in San Diego, California.
