Justin Weeks joined the valuation advisory services department of Kidder Mathews in December 2021 and is located in Portland, Oregon. He became a designated member of the Appraisal Institute in 2021.

Geographically, Mr. Weeks focuses on the Pacific Northwest, and he has extensive appraisal experience throughout the West Coast and Northeastern United States. Coming from a diverse appraisal background, he has experience with a wide range of property types, including multifamily, retail, office, industrial, and vacant land. Areas of specialization include discounted cash flow analysis, going concern and portfolio valuation.

Prior to joining Kidder Mathews, he was a senior valuation specialist with Colliers International at their San Diego, California and New York, New York offices. Prior to joining Colliers, Mr. Weeks was an associate appraiser with Broadview Appraisal in Seattle, Washington.
