Justin M. Weeks joined the valuation advisory services department of Kidder Mathews in December 2021 and is located in San Luis Obispo, California. He became a designated member of the Appraisal Institute in 2021.

Geographically, Mr. Weeks focuses on Central California, and he has extensive appraisal experience throughout California, the Pacific Northwest and Northeastern United States. Coming from a diverse appraisal background, he has experience with a wide range of property types, including multifamily, retail, office, industrial, life science and vacant land. Areas of specialization include leasehold/leased fee analyses, discounted cash flow analysis and portfolio valuation.

Prior to joining Kidder Mathews, he was a senior valuation specialist with Colliers International at their San Diego, California and New York, New York offices. Prior to joining Colliers, Mr. Weeks was an associate appraiser with Broadview Appraisal in Seattle, Washington.
