60 Tacoma Units Planned in Old Downtown Office Building

A century-old and apparently vacant downtown Tacoma office building sold late last month for $6.5 million. Will Frame and Drew Frame of Kidder Mathews represented the seller at 1119 Pacific Ave., an LLC associated with Simon Johnson, which had acquired the building in 2000 for about $4.2 million.
