As a senior vice president and capital markets specialist, he will focus on the sale of industrial and commercial investment property.

Danis started his career with CBRE, then known as CB Commercial, in 1989. Prior to joining Kidder Mathews, he worked at Cushman & Wakefield for 20 years, where he earned top producer awards on both regional and national scales. He was elected to the board of directors at Cassidy Turley during its private-ownership period before the firm was rolled up into Cushman & Wakefield.
Over his career, Danis has brokered ±500 transactions, totaling ±$1.2 billion. His clients have included iStar Financial, Sunbelt Holdings, Rockpoint Group, DCT Industrial (Prologis), JPMorgan Chase, and Principal Financial Group.
