A small old medical office building at 12707 120th Ave. N.E. last traded four years ago for $7.2 million. It’s now dwarfed by the new apartments at the Village at Totem Lake, immediately to the south. It also benefits tremendously from neighboring that mixed-use redevelopment, with its shops, two grocery stores and cinema.
Ross Klinger and Andy Miller of Kidder Mathews recently listed the 1-acre property, with no set price. New filings with the city of Kirkland indicate that MainStreet Property Group may buy and redevelop it.
