15-Unit Apartment Building Near Gonzaga University Sells $1.4M

Lee Apartments, a 15-unit multifamily property located at 2406 West 3rd Avenue in Spokane, Washington, has sold for $1,400,000 ($93,000 per unit, $130 per square foot). Dylan Simon, Jerrid Anderson, and Winslow Lee of The Simon and Anderson Team, a multifamily investment team at Kidder Mathews, represented the buyer, a private investor, in the transaction. The seller was MDR Properties LLC.

The well-kept, fully leased property near Gonzaga University was on the market and previously under contract. The buyer offered aggressive pricing and the sale closed in less than 21 days.
