Richard McDowell has joined Kidder Mathews’ property management services division and has been named senior vice president, director of engineering and sustainability. In this role, McDowell will oversee all aspects of Kidder Mathews’ facilities and building engineering program, including business development.
McDowell’s 22-year industry background includes a career as a chief engineer, an operations manager with CBRE as well as Egis, and an executive in the mechanical and refrigeration industry, where he led and managed service groups.
Kidder Mathews’ robust building engineering team includes over 90 chief engineers, building engineers, administrative staff, and a customer service call center. Building engineering services and sustainability practices are delivered in conjunction with the firm’s property management assignments and for clients such as Hudson Pacific Properties (NYSE:HPP), SteelWave, and Anchor Health Properties.
