With a few hundred new housing units planned in surrounding blocks, a retail building on busy 16th Street in Midtown Sacramento will be positioned for a new tenant.
Local investment firm Valco Properties bought the building at 631 16th St. for $605,000 in recent weeks, according to Garrett Strohmaier of Kidder Mathews, one of the brokers on the deal.
