Garrett received his Bachelor of Arts degree in sociology, with a minor in religious studies, from Dartmouth College. While at Dartmouth, he played on the football team as an offensive lineman, earning an Ivy League Championship in 2015.
A dynamic young professional, Garrett Strohmaier operates in a creative and entrepreneurial capacity, serving clients throughout the Greater Sacramento and Stockton areas. He offers transaction and advisory services to investors, landlords, and tenants, specializing in office, land, and value-add investment sales as well as office leasing projects. He largely focuses on qualified opportunity zones in the California Central Valley, identifying viable projects for either acquisition or disposition.
Prior to joining Kidder Mathews as an associate, Garrett worked as an intern with Heller Pacific, Inc., a commercial developer and operator focused on mixed-use infill and rehabilitation developments within Sacramento’s urban core. Garrett is passionate about the social and economic aspects of the commercial real estate industry, and enjoys discussing business and investment strategies with clients and other industry professionals.
