Matt McLennan has been awarded the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation by the CCIM Institute.
The CCIM designation is awarded to commercial real estate professionals upon successfully completing graduate-level coursework in financial and market analysis and has demonstrated extensive experience in the commercial real estate industry. McLennan specializes in industrial leasing and sales in South King and Pierce counties. He is based out of the Kidder Mathews Tacoma office. Clients he has worked with include Surface Art Inc., Champion Windows, Team Allied, Smart Start Inc., Carwash Enterprises, and American Realty Advisors. As a member of the CCIM Washington State Chapter, he currently serves as the education chair and secretary of the board.
