Kidder Mathews commercial real estate brokers, Michael Hoeck, Mike Nevis, and Steve Kucera, have received three awards in the Northern Nevada Summit Awards.
The Summit Awards are an annual commercial real estate awards program that recognizes the success of distinguished commercial agents, brokers, developers, property managers, as well as commercial projects in the Northern Nevada region. The program is sponsored by Northern Nevada chapters of CCIM, CREW, NAIOP, and the Nevada Builder’s Alliance. Since joining Kidder Mathews in 2016, the team has won a total of 13 Summit Awards.
The team’s latest top honors are 2019 Industrial Brokers of the Year, Overall Brokers of the Year, and Largest Lease Transaction of the Year.
The Largest Lease Transaction award recognized the team for representing the landlord, Link Industrial Properties, in the lease a 254,632 square foot property located at 1160 Trademark Drive in Reno, Nevada.
Hoeck, Nevis, and Kucera specialize in industrial property sales and leasing throughout Northern Nevada. The team has over 40 years of combined commercial real estate experience.
