About

Mike Hoeck is an executive vice president and shareholder with Kidder Mathews, specializing in industrial brokerage. Mike began his career with Colliers International in 1999, and in May 2005, joined Alliance Commercial as a partner and a vice president of their Industrial Properties Group. In May of 2007, Alliance Commercial became NAI Alliance, and Mike became a senior vice president. In 2016, he and three others formed the Kidder Mathews office in Reno.

Mike’s clients have included: Walmart, R-Supply (Ferguson), Panattoni Development, GLP, Westcore, Seagate Properties, ProLogis, Assa Abloy-Interlock, CommScope, MicroMeti, Seefried, LBA and numerous other local and national companies.

Prior to entering the commercial real estate field, Mike owned and operated an eight-store retail chain located throughout the south and west, and spent seven years in residential real estate development. A Reno resident since 1964, his long-standing relationships in the business community serve as the basis of his strong referral and repeat business.

Mike and his family enjoy spending recreational time at nearby Lake Tahoe.
