Jim Dennis has joined Kidder Mathews’ Roseville office as a vice president, where he will specialize in the sale and leasing of industrial properties in the greater Sacramento area.
Jim Dennis has been in the commercial real estate industry for more than 30 years. Clients he has represented include Ahern Rentals, AIMS, Berco Redwood, Denio Family Properties, and Dry Creek School District. Before joining Kidder Mathews, he was with Colliers.
