Kidder Mathews’ Erik Swanson and Mike King executed the $10.95-million sale of a 40,000-square-foot Smart Foodservice portfolio. The two-property portfolio includes stores in Tumwater, WA and Portland.
The seller leased back the assets for 20 years. The buyer was undisclosed. Kidder Mathews’ Brian Engelking, Max Frame, and John Booth assisted in getting the deals across the finish line.
