Bay Area Co-Living Firm Jumps into Seattle Market with Capitol Hill Project

Starcity, which develops and manages co-living properties, has filed an early redevelopment plan at 228 11th Ave. E. on Capitol Hill.

The San Francisco-based firm is a prospective buyer for the existing nine-unit apartment building, developed in 1963, which is being offered for sale by Kidder Mathews on behalf of the longtime family owner. The property has been listed at $3.9 million for about two months by KM’s Dylan Simon, Brandon Lawler and Jerrid Anderson.
