Connect Media received over 500 submissions and recognized 150 leading commercial real estate brokers, or teams of brokers, in property sales and leasing, based on 2019 dollar volume, total deal square footage, and the total number of transactions, from each of the areas covered by their regional newsletters: California, Texas, New York, Chicago, Atlanta, Boston, Florida, Seattle, Phoenix, Washington, DC., and ten national winners covering the U.S.
Rosauer, Anderson, and Krueger are based in Kidder Mathews’ Seattle headquarters. They specialize in office, industrial, land development, retail, and waterfront site sales, and they are one of the region’s highest-producing investment sales teams. Rosauer is an executive vice president, and Anderson is a senior vice president in the firm. Both are Kidder Mathews shareholders. The team has over 35 years of combined experience and has closed over $2 billion in transaction volume. In 2019, they completed 54 deals with a total value of $633 million. This is the second year in a row they have been recognized in the Top Broker Awards.
Wood, Miltenberger, and Lugar are Kidder Mathews executive vice presidents and shareholders based out of the firm’s South Seattle office. They are top producing industrial specialists with over 60 years of combined experience representing institutional and private investors in the Puget Sound area. In 2019, they completed 81 transactions, totaling 3.3 million square feet with a total value of $195 million.
