About

Rob specializes in investment sales of commercial real estate throughout the Pacific Northwest with a focus on complex and value-add properties. Rob teams with Jason Rosauer and Patricia Loveall to form one of the highest producing investment sales teams in the region. Together their investment team specializes in value creation and value-add real estate brokerage with focuses in the following sectors: office, land, industrial, retail, and waterfront.

Rob and the investment team have closed over $776 million in transactions in these sectors. In addition to these sectors, the team has built a substantial reputation for closing complex portfolio transactions; representing corporate and nonprofit clients in coordinated sale and relocation transactions; unwinding and closing bank, lender, and trustee-owned properties; and negotiating complex land development and adaptive reuse projects.

Recently, Rob and Jason were recognized as one of the Top 10 of Connect Media’s Top Broker nationally for 2019. They have also been recognized locally as one of the Top Investment Brokers of the Year through NAIOP in 2019.

Prior to joining Kidder Mathews, Rob worked as an attorney at a small firm working within corporate and business law drafting contracts and counseling small business owners.
