Kidder Mathews commercial real estate brokers, Jason Rosauer, Rob Anderson, and Kristyn Krueger have been named Investment Team of the Year by the Washington State Chapter of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR).
The SIOR awards recognize leading brokers in the commercial real estate industry for their outstanding achievements in client representation, transactional volume, and community involvement.
Jason is an executive vice president and shareholder in Kidder Mathews, and an elected member of Kidder Mathews’ Board of Directors. He is consistently ranked as a top producer for Kidder Mathews, and in 2018 and 2019, he was named Washington State Chapter’s SIOR Investment Broker of the Year. He has been nominated four times in recent years.
Anderson is a senior vice president and shareholder at Kidder Mathews. Anderson joined Rosauer in 2012 to form an investment team that specializes in office, industrial, land development, retail, and waterfront site sales. Last year, they were recognized in Connect Media’s Top 10 Nation Brokers awards, ranked nationally base on the team’s 2018 performance.
Investment broker, Kristyn Krueger, joined the team in 2018 with a finance degree from the University of Washington’s Foster School of Business.
The Broker of the Year awards were announced at the 2019 NAIOP Night of the Stars Awards Gala that was held on November 8, 2018, at the Hyatt Regency in Bellevue, Washington.
