Kidder Mathews commercial real estate brokers, Jason Rosauer and Rob Anderson, have been named Top Brokers in Connect Media’s Top Broker Awards. Out of more than 500 submissions, Rosauer and Anderson have been recognized among the top ten brokers nationally.
The Top Brokers Awards recognize leading commercial real estate brokers in property sales and leasing, based on dollar volume, total deal square footage, and the total number of transactions. The award recognizes ten national winners covering the United States and ten leaders each from California, Chicago, Texas, and New York.
Their most notable investment sale transactions of 2018 include the sale of the Belshaw Assemblage, a rare 3.2-acre redevelopment site that included three full city blocks located near Seattle’s incoming Judkins Park Light Rail Station; the sale of the Bank of America Financial Center, the tallest Class A office building in Spokane; the sale of 1518 5th Avenue in downtown Seattle, setting a record for mid-block land values in its specific zone; and the sale of the SPRAG building, a fully leased, two-story office building.
Rosauer is an executive vice president, shareholder, and a board member at Kidder Mathews. Rosauer is consistently ranked as a top producer for Kidder Mathews, and in 2018 he was named Investment Broker of the Year by the Washington State Chapter of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR).
Anderson is a first vice president and shareholder at Kidder Mathews. Anderson joined Rosauer in 2012 to form an investment team that has been growing every year.
