Holly Yang & Linda Lee recognized by Women in Real Estate Awards

Kidder Mathews commercial real estate brokers, Holly Yang and Linda Lee have been recognized in the second annual Women in Real Estate Awards from Connect Media, an online publication that covers commercial real estate news. Out of more than 300 submissions, Lee has been recognized as a winner for California and Yang has been recognized as a national winner.

The Women in Real Estate Awards honors women in commercial real estate who have reached respected positions of leadership, and play key mentorship roles for others in the industry. The award recognizes ten national winners covering the United States and ten leaders each from California, Chicago, Texas, and New York.

Holly Yang is a lead member of the Kidder Mathews China Services practice and provides preeminent bilingual brokerage service to cross-border investors and bridges the gap between United States and China. She has spoken at a multitude of forums and seminars as an expert on the United States-China investment front. Holly has been in the commercial real estate industry for 12 years. She works in Kidder Mathews’ Bellevue office and specializes in the acquisition and disposition of investment/ development properties. She also mentors, coaches, and leads Kidder Mathews China Service Group in the Pacific Northwest and developed the team platform to what it is today. Holly holds the CCIM designation and has brokered over 120 sales transactions and over $400 million in transaction volume. She is a board director in Washington State China Relations Council (WSCRC) and chairs its United States-China Women’s Leadership Committee.

Linda Lee recently joined Kidder Mathews in their newest office in Glendale, California. She is an office leasing specialist and has worked in the commercial real estate industry for over 18 years. Lee is responsible for the marketing and leasing of 11 Class A office buildings totaling more than 900,000 square feet and multiple tenant representation assignments. She represents landlords in maximizing their asset value, tenants in reducing the cost of occupancy, and buyers and sellers of owner-user and investment properties. Lee holds the CCIM designation and has been involved in transactions totaling over $1 billion in value. She has been featured in the nationally published real estate Forum as one of the “Top 30 Under 30” and “Top 40 Under 40” commercial real estate professionals and she was recently selected as Outstanding Junior Business Woman of the Year from the annual Women in Business Legislative Update and Awards.
