Reno – Dickson Commercial Group (DCG) is pleased to announce new tenant, Crystal Creek Logistics, to the industrial building at 9250 Red Rock Road. Crystal Creek Logistics provides perishable and frozen order fulfillment for e-commerce with dedicated customer support and sustainable practices. This facility opening marks one of the first cold storage fulfillment centers the region has seen in many years.

Crystal Creek was represented exclusively by Joel Fountain, industrial specialist at DCG. Dave Simonsen of Kidder Mathews represented the landlord.

The 33,750 square foot facility is part of a total building size of 200,000 square feet and is located with easy access to I-395. With the help of Fountain from DCG, Crystal Creek successfully identified the Reno/Sparks region as a strategic location to expand the operations into.

The new facility will feature a 9,000 square foot state-of-the-art freezer, a 2,500 square foot refrigeration system, and will accommodate cold storage needs for select local and national companies, such as Patagonia, Peets Coffee, Thrive Markets, The Farmers Dog, and Califia Farms.

Crystal Creek Logistics was formed in Washington State by Cathy Hayward-Hughes and Mike Bradburn, two fulfillment industry veterans, in 2008. This opening is the company’s 4th location nationally and helps to further establish Crystal Creek as a recognized leader in frozen fulfillment services.

Dickson Commercial Group (DCG) is a locally owned and operated, full-service commercial real estate firm headquartered in Downtown Reno and serving all of northern Nevada.
