The big Aegis Living-related news this month was the announced retirement of CEO Dwayne Clark, who said he’s moving to Arizona. He founded the business almost 30 years ago; it now has about three dozen senior communities in our state, Nevada and California. The company’s Dirk Burghartz has been promoted as its next CEO, after a transition lasting into next spring. Clark will remain the company’s primary owner.
