Redwood City, Calif. (June 20, 2016) – Jeff Enright and Alex Calhoun have joined the valuation division of Kidder Mathews’ Redwood Shores office.
Enright has been in the commercial real estate appraisal and consulting industry for over 25 years. He holds the MAI, SRA, and AI-GRS designations and is a director of the Appraisal Institute, as well as past president of the Northern California Chapter. He has also served as the chairperson for the chapter’s Education and Courses Committees, and was a trustee for the Appraisal Institute Education Trust. Prior to joining Kidder Mathews, Enright founded and managed Enright & Company, a firm responsible for over $12 billion in real property valuations. Joining Enright is Alex Calhoun, a senior associate. Calhoun began his appraisal career in 1985, and most recently was a project manager at Enright & Company. He is an active member of the Appraisal Institute, and he is currently pursuing the MAI designation. He is a past recipient of the George and Alberta Stauss Scholarship from the Northern California Chapter of the Appraisal Institute. |
