We help churches, private schools, and nonprofits buy, sell, lease, and creatively finance their real estate. Here’s how we can serve you…
We provide objective counsel to your leadership team. Church and private school listings are often mishandled by unqualified agents who undervalue or keep the properties on the market too long because they lack an understanding of how to price special purpose real estate. We are experts in this field.
We are seasoned negotiators. Our team has over 60 years of combined commercial real estate experience, has sold or leased over $300 million in religious, private school, and special purpose properties, and has served over 150 nonprofit clients. We know Puget Sound real estate, inside and out.
We find qualified buyers or tenants for your property. We specialize in direct mail and internet marketing strategies, tailor-made to attract the most likely buyers or tenants for your property.
We find properties that match your mission. Churches and private schools often buy or lease properties that are ill suited for their true needs. We understand special-purpose properties and how they can be best utilized.
We show you the highest and best use of your property. Your property may have unrealized development potential that could be tapped to provide additional cash for your ministry.
We introduce you to creative financing sources. Your existing mortgage may be costing you money. We can show you how to reduce or restructure your debt, improve monthly cash flow, and free up funds for your ministry.
