Specializing in sales and leasing of warehouse, manufacturing, office, and life science type properties, Dean and Ryan have been involved in over 3,500 transactions with a total value of over $1.5 billion. Dean spent the first 25 years of his career as senior vice president with CBRE and then moved his team to Cushman & Wakefield from 2012-2022. He has been voted as one of San Diego’s top brokers by CoStar Group every year from 2004-2024. Ryan joined his father Dean in 2024 to launch his career and follow in his father’s footsteps in the San Diego Commercial Real Estate business.
