Austin Kelley

Austin Kelley is a Senior Vice President and Shareholder at Kidder Mathews, specializing in multifamily advisory and investment sales throughout South King, Pierce, Thurston, and Kitsap Counties. He works closely with private owners and partnerships to evaluate timing, pricing risk, and buyer behavior, helping clients make informed capital decisions across changing market cycles.

Born and raised in Tacoma, Austin brings deep local insight and a practical understanding of South Sound submarkets, with experience advising on stabilized, value-add, and development-oriented multifamily assets.

Since joining Kidder Mathews in 2017, Austin has personally brokered more than $400 million in multifamily and investment sales across the Puget Sound region. He was recognized as Kidder Mathews’ company-wide Rookie of the Year in his first year and has earned multiple Career Best awards for consistent performance.
