Signature Theatres was considering building a theater in the Puget Sound area, and contacted Kidder Mathews for advice about a location. Phil Harris, President and CEO of Signature Theatres, asked Kidder Mathews to do a complete evaluation of a potential site. It was found that the site would not provide the returns necessary to support a Signature Theatre. Kidder Mathews was then hired by Signature Theatres to represent them in finding a suitable site.

The result was a 76,000 square foot lease in the Bellevue Collection, which includes Bellevue Square, Bellevue Place, and Lincoln Square. The Bellevue Collection is a vibrant combination of sophisticated shopping and dining, work and leisure, nightlife, and luxury hotels. The location enjoys the highest number of ticket sales in the entire Pacific Northwest.
