Kidder Mathews was asked to provide opinions of market value for loan underwriting of a portfolio of properties that included four marinas with over 1,500 boat slips, 25 acres of upland, 87 acres of submerged, and 26,000 sf of upland building improvements. The marinas include a mix of fee ownership and submerged land leases with the State of Oregon Division of Lands. In addition, the portfolio included a mini storage facility with 210 units and uncovered RV storage, an additional seven acre site for RV storage and a 6 acre vacant development site. The properties are all located along the Columbia River on Hayden Island in north Portland, OR.
