The client was pleased to lock in reduced rental rates amidst rising market prices and secure above-market Tenant Improvement funds to enhance their operational efficiency and productivity.
TENANT IMPROVEMENTS
Landlord was responsible for adding approximately 65 LF of full-height demising walls to separate warehouse from new R&D lab, relocating existing HVAC unit, refurbishing breakroom and amenities, and adding a training room, in addition to other improvements.
